Refund Policy

We are a furnished rental management company that allows you to book stays at any of our properties. We accept U.S. currency. Refund & Cancellation policy — To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in If they cancel 14 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, you’ll be paid 50% for all nights If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, you’ll be paid 50% for all nights If they cancel after that, you’ll be paid 100% for all nights.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all representations, warranties and conditions relating to our website and the use of this website. Nothing in this disclaimer will:

limit or exclude our or your liability for death or personal injury;
limit or exclude our or your liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
