I think the rental is a scam. Positive: The location seems good, but the provided address is for an apartment where a young family is living. Negative: After collecting the rent, they ask for 1000$ to a private bank account as a "deposit" - any hope you ever will get that back? And then they want an email with your ID papers and a photo - a setup for identity theft.
