Tranquil Manor - 2 bed/1 bath

Not as described. No diswasher, no lamp like in picture, nothing on the wall above the couch. No dishes safe for microwave and oven. Barely enough dishes. Curtain for sliding door not closing. Roaches (German) in bathroom and kitchen. Somebody came to check and said he'll be back, but not sure if that happened since we were not there during the day. Not a single hook to hang up ones towel in the bathroom and just one hanger.......and this is supposed to be for 6 people?? It was barely okay - will not recommend this place.

The check in process has no early check in consideration but no big deal, just plan ahead. We didn’t. The place is clean and as presented in the listing however apparently the owners treated the unit for roaches a week earlier so there were many dead roaches, and some live ones that still remain. I made the owners/management aware of this situation and they said they will take care of it. Glad to know they treated the property for roaches however we did not stay there. I was refunded to full amount of my stay, minus a few unavoidable Vrbo fees without any problems as long as I provided evidence, which I did with photos. The sliding back door was not secured properly but hopefully will be fixed. Aside from these blurps, it’s a nice condo. And, yes, there are trains that roll by.

Unfortunately, this stay didnt match the listing or expectations. Upon arrival, the unit had multiple issues that appeared to be from a previous renter, including piled up trash and damaged furniture at the curb, a door that didn’t lock, damaged furniture inside, and minimal basic household items. There were also multiple pest issues during the stay.Communication was inconsistent, particularly regarding the abrupt need for ID verification late our first night upon arriving, refundable deposit on top of pet deposit and cleaning fees, which were later disputed despite being disclosed as refundable. While communication was flexible and understanding at the beginning of the stay, the tone and expectations shifted significantly. Overall, the condition of the property and the handling of post-stay charges made this a stressful experience, especially when relocating temporarily to FL for healthcare. I would recommend confirming property condition, deposit terms very clearly before booking, and documenting everything.
