The house served our purpose; however, with nine people more towels could have been provided. Also, we ran out of toilet paper. There was only one extra roll provide. Again wasn't enough for nine people. More coffee could have been provided as well. Otherwise the house was very suitable for our needs. Host was polite and responded to all my texts.

Great location for exploring St. Augustine; close enough to walk to major attractions but far enough for a peaceful and relaxing get away. Well equipped with everything we needed.

The house had pet hair everywhere, the carpets were stained, the dining room chairs are all stained, the closet door in one of the bedrooms is off the track and to top it all off it was a girls weekend and when we arrived the side door was totally unlocked. Oh and the towels were damp.i have stayed in so many rentals through VRBO and this is by far the worst. On top of that they will only give me a 50 credit because they say it’s clean. I have pictures and sent them to them
