We stayed in both unit B and C. Both were clean and well maintained. Great little neighborhood that we were able to take the dog on walks in the morning and afternoon. Laurie the cleaner is awesome and was so helpful!I would say the only con is if someone is staying in the big house with kids it can get noisy. We were gone the biggest part of the day, so only had to deal with it in the evenings. Centrally located to most everything in Hilo. 10-15 minute or less drive to food, grocery, gas, beaches. We would definitely stay again if coming back.

Great little place away from the hustle of town.Only downsides - it’s noisy, can hear other people’s full convos in the neighboring unit, the front door has a 1inch gap at the bottom so light and sound come in easily. Otherwise, awesome place and highly recommend!
