Never again. We really think this place must be in foreclosure. It is not suitable as a rental Positive: Nothing Negative: Everything. Big trash containers in driveway in front of garage to greet You. We’re given no instruction on entry. When called they said they had no evidence of deposit. No one disclosed that property was on the market. A realtor showed up w/ 4 clients the next morning totally Surprising us. She said she was told we had been notified. We had not Until hours after their departure. Most of the drawers and cabinets were Empty. There was very little to work with in spite of the fact that we Cooked no meals. We had guests over and had to have them bring Their own wine glasses and small plates. There was no ice machine In freezer just one small tray. The heat in the main living area did not Appears to work well. There were cracks in the floor, the cabinets Were old and badly worn. There was hardly any furniture in the Living area, just a tired sectional w/ a bit of damage and a coffee table. The pool was un inviting w/ dirt around the inside periphery. The Vegetation half dead. We took many pictures to show all this. On top Of everything, we were not given a choice to put deposit on a credit card Card which would have given us some protection. We had to send $1,000 unprotected through Venmo and the management had the Nerve to charge us an additional $20.00 so that the deposit we sent In good faith came back as $980. We had no idea of who we were Dealing with, but whoever it was should have disclosed that this Place was on the market and that we who were renting it for two Nights would have to show it! We were within one hr. Of having to Go out. Since we were not notified (the realtor who’s card we have Can attest to this) who would be responsible for possible thievery As any valuables we had w/ us were not locked up, and of course There was no way to lock them up. We want our $20.00 returned. Any other recompense would certainly be justified for this totally Dismal experience
